The new Ford F-150 comes in six different trims: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited.
Masculine Style Combined with Modern Comfort
Today's F-150 is big and burly, providing a strong presence wherever you go. This all starts at the front of the truck, with a tall front fascia featuring a dominating grille. Black or chrome trim is available on the grille, featuring either bold, thick horizontal bars or thinner, more refined horizontal slats. Unique C-shaped headlamp assemblies house halogen lights or, if chosen, quad LED beams to light the road ahead. Exterior trim is available in black, body colour, or chrome. The King Ranch and Platinum trims feature Western-themed and luxury trims, respectively. Three different box sizes are available - all three cabs have a 1.98-meter box available, while the Regular Cab and SuperCab have a 2.44-meter box available and the SuperCrew has an available 1.68-meter box. Getting in and out of the box, or loading and unloading, is easy thanks to deployable box side steps and a tailgate step. The bed can be protected through a plastic drop-in bedliner or the Tough Bed spray-in bedliner. BoxLink upgrades such as lockable cleats and a Bed Divider can make handling cargo easier. Its power moonroof offers a nice view, while power heated side mirrors promotes visibility against ice and snows.
Up to six passengers can be seated in the 2016 Ford F-150 SuperCab or SuperCrew while the Regular cab holds up to three passengers. Over 1,100 millimeters of legroom in the front row of all cabs is Best-in-Class, while all cabs also feature over 1,000 millimeters of headroom in all seating positions. Upholstery ranges from durable, easy-clean vinyl that is ready for the worksite, up to premium leather that is read for lengthy road trips. Front seats and rear outboard seats in the SuperCrew cab can be heated to cut the winter chill for you and your passengers, while front seats can also be ventilated for summertime heat. Western themes run through the King Ranch, including wood trim. Platinum trim has upscale, luxury trim and themes. Choose the Ford SYNC system, or opt for the more powerful SYNC with MyFord Touch media centre. Featuring an 8-inch touchscreen sitting at the top of the centre stack, the system features two USB ports, an SD card reader, and an audio input jack. SiriusXM is an available feature, and the audio system can be upgraded to a 10-inch subwoofer with an integrated amplifier. A voice-activated navigation system is available, and Bluetooth connectivity allows for voice controls for all media, climate control, and information systems.
